polar vortex in july

We have now had two polar vortexes since we have been in Ohio.  The first was back in the winter and I think it was the most miserable weather I have experienced in a long time.  We have just had another week with one of these polar vortex thingys and I have to say having one in July is fantastic!  We have had such a lovely week, went to some really fun places and were wearing pants and long sleeve tshirts for most of the days!  Here is how the Hess family celebrates polar vortex week in July!
